The Centre
and its work.

Research scope

The London Research Centre for Marketing & AI publishes evidence reviews on how artificial intelligence changes marketing practice.

Our papers cover the technology, the people using it and the ways their work is assessed.

Editorial practice

We credit the original researchers and link to their publications. The reviews explain how results were measured and separate the findings from interpretation.

Each review sets out its question, method, source access and limitations. “Evidence reviewed as of” identifies the evidence cutoff, rather than when the paper was written or published. Figures explain the evidence and its context; they do not stand in for unreported data.
